I ordered the 1890 omelet and it didn't have any smoked salmon included as the menu stated that I could tell.

Slow service before, during, and after meal. At some times the restaurant and kitchen were completely devoid of employees. Never seen that in 30 years of business meals. Food well prepared.

We will definitely be back!! It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is stunning, very well kept, clean and sparkling. The room was great! Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. The chef is top notch as well as our sweet server! Chocolate bar… out of this world!! It was a long, overdue Valentines Day get away for my husband and me. Thank you for ensuring a wonderful time. Check in and keyless entry is pretty smooth!!

Service was slow to start. The server was very nice. Terrible Bloody Mary- just tomato juice and vodka… the arcade is so beautiful it made up for the Bloody Mary :)

The food for a buffet was good, service a little slower than last time, which I take as lager crowds and fewer staff. I will return as I enjoy the dining and quality.

Thanksgiving on the road. Host great & friendly Server, not great but it’s thanksgiving so I appreciate her working. Darlene. Just rough around the edges …. Needs more training on service levels. Forgot things I asked for. Good presentation but would have liked bigger portions.

The food was well prepared and delicious. Our expectations were fully met. The options for the set Thanksgiving menu covered everything we would want. Add theOld Arcade as the environment, and you have a dining experience that can’t be beat!
