I ha the Salmon and it was excellent. My wife had the grilled eggplant and it was bland and tasteless. She ate about three bites. Service was great. Will be trying some place different tomorrow night.

Atmosphere and food were as usual perfect. We have had brunch here a few times and look forward to when we plan for it. Service this time was lacking. This was really in the way of drink service. We asked for a beverage and coffee when our server first came over. We did get water but after getting our first plate at the buffet and almost 1/2 way through it we still had no coffee or cocktail. I waived down another server to inquire and we finally got the coffee. A little bit later the drinks came. We dined and 2/3 through we had finished out drinks but our server never came back over to check if we wanted anything more. The only other time we saw him was when he dropped the check off. Other tables he was working were getting drink service but we were not in his radar at all. We felt like we were being rushed out. I did stop and speak with the host to advise her. it is not a cheap brunch and just didn’t feel like the service was good from that standpoint. Other staff were grate though. We ended up going down to the bar and having a drink there - where we received amazing service.

We sat next to a window and it was uncomfortably cool.

Normally Hotel Bethlehem is a very good experience. Last night, however, the service was only fair (we waited 40 min for our dinner order to be taken and the wait staff brought the wrong order to our table twice). The halibut smelled and tasted old (fishy) and the lamb chops were very fatty. Definitely not up to their usual standards.

If you like quaint, historic towns and beautiful, historic buildings, then Historic Hotel Bethlehem is for you! The building is exquisite! The ambiance is amazing, the service is top notch, it doesn't get much better than this! We were in town to see a show and we weren't up for a huge dinner but we had a few things. We shared the Shrimp Cocktail, which consisted of 3 Colossal Shrimp (a little chewy, actually), I would've preferred 4 slightly smaller, more tender shrimp but they were still very tasty. My hubby ordered the Hotel B Burger with gruyere cheese. It was cooked perfectly and was a juicy, delicious burger! I ordered the Hotel B Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. The salad was delicious, the portion was actually more than I could eat but it certainly was very good. We also had a round of cocktails, which we also enjoyed. Overall, we will definitely be back! We want to stay at the hotel, enjoy some dinner entrees next time and stay for Sunday Brunch. This place is definitely on our Must-Do list for another trip!
