   Server Fallon was excellent and on point. Knowledge of menu superior. Portions normal size with dessert unique and beautiful.

   What a wonderful dining experience! We enjoyed small plates, cocktails, and extraordinary entrees! Everything was top quality and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was well trained, knowledgeable, and friendly. Caitlin, our server, was wonderful. 1509 is always on our “must visit” list when in the Golden Isles!

   Great place. Efficient and polite service. Definitely a place for courses in your meal. Desert cookie was fab. Definitely will be back! A real gem.

   The Prime strip steak dinner special was served on a plate without any accompaniments. Because we ordered 2 small plates of asparagus and risotto, we didn’t really need more food but the special usually has SOMETHIING with it. We didn’t ask. The halibut special came with a side of sautéed kale and sweet potato chunks. It was good but dry. I have been to this restaurant many times. I’ll stick to the weekends from now on. I think it’s a different cook during the week. Oh yeah. We requested steak sauce. It arrived in a small silver cup with about 2 tablespoons of sauce. Stingy for a $55 steak.

   We're sorry you had that experience Diane! We do serve our steaks ala carte, so they typically do come on their own plate, all of our sauces are gratis so please ask for all the sauce you need next time. The kitchen is staffed with the same chefs every day, it looks like we just had a bad day, sorry again.

   1509 has a very interesting menu, a friendly and pretty ambiance and is becoming one of our favorite dining options. It was quite crowded ( and noisy) inside but the outdoor seating was quite nice.

   We made reservations on the rooftop but got put on the patio instead because they were 'full upstairs'. They were short staffed so it's understandable the service wasn't as good as usual. They did well with what they had. Food was great. The biggest disappointment was not being seated on the roof at sunset which was the whole point of going.

   Hi Chase! Sorry to disappoint with the upstairs seating, sounds like we had a miscommunication with you. That area is actually our cigar lounge, dining is limited to inside and the downstairs area. Sorry again!

    We were a tad disappointed this time around. I made reservations for outside, but it was pretty chilly and we asked if we could be moved inside. The hostess didn’t check, but immediately told us we couldn’t be moved. All seats were accounted for. The fish dip was quite salty this go around. Brussel sprouts, on point per usual. Best part of the night! I ordered the last golden tile special, and it wasn’t cooked all the way. So we ended up getting the steak special. It was good. But the other fish special, was over cooked and very small piece of fish we thought. Didn’t stay for dessert, it was too cold.

    Hi Rachel! Sorry we missed our mark on Saturday. Unfortunately the inside was fully booked that evening, as for our misses on your dinner we hate that we were that inconsistent. We hope you'll be kind enough to give us another shot in the future.
