   Review for 113 KTV Restaurant I had a very disappointing experience at 113 KTV. First, the food was absolutely subpar—it arrived cold and lacked the fresh flavors I expect from a Korean restaurant. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. On top of that, the music was unbearably loud, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. While I understand that it’s a KTV spot and music is part of the experience, the volume was excessive and completely ruined the ambiance. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. When I politely pointed out that the food was cold, they brushed me off without even offering an apology or attempting to make it right. Their attitude made an already poor experience even worse. Finally, we had planned to do karaoke, but they wouldn’t let us because we weren’t a group of four people. This was incredibly frustrating since we’d called ahead and were told it was fine for a group of three. The lack of communication and inflexibility added to the overall disappointment. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal or a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

   Hi, Apologies your visit disappointed you. We’re a self‑service buffet: food is cooked in small batches, refreshed often, and any leftovers are discarded after each 90‑minute sitting, so nothing remains past a safe holding time or ‘left out’. Regarding the karaoke room, our website and OpenTable list a five‑guest minimum. When you phoned we waived it for you and allowed you to come as a group of FOUR as a goodwill gesture; only three arrived, which is well below the threshold we accept. Our staff aim to meet requests politely, and I regret if our communication felt otherwise. We value all feedback positive or negative as it helps us to improve and ask only that guests keep it honest and constructive.    The whole first time experience was good. The ambience and service was to a good standard. The kimchi rice and soup was amazing. The selection of food was also varied and good. More could be made available for vegetarians such as fish. But overall I would definitely recommend and go back again. My 3 year old niece also enjoyed it too.

   Overall it was a good experience. The hot food was tasty - the fried chicken was really crispy! However, we had to order our rice and LA galbi with the servers but they didn’t come until the last 30mins of our booking only because we chased them. By that time we were quite full and couldn’t finish the rice. The bulgogi was empty for majority of our booking and wasn’t refilled until the last 30mins. The grill was also on very low heat with parchment paper which meant that the meat wasn’t cooked as nice. However the drinks were refillable and the service from the owner was really good. She was really attentive and got our food out as soon as we asked. There was lettuce as well which was a nice surprise. Overall I would consider going again but try to book at an earlier time so all the food is available.

   Very friendly staff and amazing selection of meats, hot meals and side dishes. One of the best value Korean BBQ places I've been to!

   Darryl or Darren , so sorry if I’ve misspelled , was super attentive with our table. The whole staff was 5 star. Everything was very much fresh and easy to cook.

    113 KTV was an amazing experience all round. The staff are very attentive, polite and helpful. The food quality was amazing and all the flavours were fantastic. There was a perfect amount of variety and we had a fantastic meal.
