   A really disappointing experience. We came to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday and had a less than average time. Music too loud, service too slow (we obviously weren’t trendy enough as other tables were getting looked after far better) overcharged considerably on the bill (by £100) and things we ordered never arrived. Would not recommend this in any way shape or form other than the food which was reasonably good. I had been waiting a long time to experience Quaglino’s - it will be a long time until I am back, if I am at all. Major disappointment.

   The service was very poor. We had to wait over 45 mins for one starter and over 1 hour and 15 minutes for our main course. People who had arrived and ordered after us received their food quicker. Despite informing the waiter of an allergy on the table and enquiring how this would alter the potential dishes we wanted to order, we were not fully informed of the items that would be removed from the dishes, which meant that half of the items on the dish were missing once the food arrived - we would not have ordered this dish had we been told from the start (when we explicitly asked the waiter) what items would be altered. While they adjusted for one dish in the bill, the overall attitude of the service was very poor and we were not attended to well thereby making the evening a disappointment at Quaglino’s.

   We come here often and have to say this time we were disappointed. Despite notifying the restaurant in advance this was a birthday our request for a table at the front was not done . Service was poor we waited so long before being served for drinks and also between courses . The food was good but service needs improving

   Wonderful experience celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary - staff were incredible and the entertainment was just perfect. Everyone went above and beyond.

   I had a main course dish of £42, delicious flavours, presentation, however the rack of lamb was very fatty, the fat was white which looks awful and not acceptable from a chef I didn’t have time to discuss with manager as we were rushing for our train Don’t serve white fat !!!

   We had a fantastic time celebrating my Wife's 60th, it's such a great atmosphere and the service and food were excellent, can't fault it,

   Was a really nice night and perfect for our anniversary,I do recommend, highly,we had a lovely evening and was really looked after,would go again definitely

    Hero to Zero in 2 years. What a shame. What a disappointment. We were here two years ago and it was fantastic. We were revisiting for another special occasion. We had to send one of the meals back because it was completely cold. The two steaks were inedible. Tough as shoe leather and we couldn’t eat it. The band were very good but two of the front men were missing which changed the whole performance. And to top it all off two days before our booking I checked if an 8pm sitting would mean we could see the band that were coming on at last. I was told that the table was only for two hours and that the last sitting was 10.30pm so I was advised to move our table booking to 9pm which I did. Very late for us (especially as my friends dinner had to be cooked again so didn’t eat it until 10.30pm) but we really wanted to see the late band and was told there might not even be availability at the bar to sit if we got told to leave our table. By 10pm the restaurant was more than half empty! A fact that I’m sure reservations would have seen two days before and was unlikely to fill up to that extent in that time. So we moved our table back for no reason at all. Quaglino’s was amazing before. Very expensive but was worth it for a fabulous experience. This was not! And for a special 50th celebration it was so disappointing.
