   Wonderful experience celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary - staff were incredible and the entertainment was just perfect. Everyone went above and beyond.

   We had a fantastic time celebrating my Wife's 60th, it's such a great atmosphere and the service and food were excellent, can't fault it,

   Was a really nice night and perfect for our anniversary,I do recommend, highly,we had a lovely evening and was really looked after,would go again definitely

   Great experience for a special occasion. Visiting from the States and decided to spend my partner's 35th birthday dinner here - she loved it!

   Hero to Zero in 2 years. What a shame. What a disappointment. We were here two years ago and it was fantastic. We were revisiting for another special occasion. We had to send one of the meals back because it was completely cold. The two steaks were inedible. Tough as shoe leather and we couldn’t eat it. The band were very good but two of the front men were missing which changed the whole performance. And to top it all off two days before our booking I checked if an 8pm sitting would mean we could see the band that were coming on at last. I was told that the table was only for two hours and that the last sitting was 10.30pm so I was advised to move our table booking to 9pm which I did. Very late for us (especially as my friends dinner had to be cooked again so didn’t eat it until 10.30pm) but we really wanted to see the late band and was told there might not even be availability at the bar to sit if we got told to leave our table. By 10pm the restaurant was more than half empty! A fact that I’m sure reservations would have seen two days before and was unlikely to fill up to that extent in that time. So we moved our table back for no reason at all. Quaglino’s was amazing before. Very expensive but was worth it for a fabulous experience. This was not! And for a special 50th celebration it was so disappointing.

   lovely bar area up and down. Attentive service. Great to have a swing band playing, not interruptive as such. Matt Tebbutt evening and the food was very good. Great portion sizing. He was charming and walked around greeting diners.

   We arrived at the restaurant on time but our table wasn't free. We were fine with waiting and bought some drinks in the bar. All fine so far. Unfortunately though we were forgotten and other guests seated before us. It took an hour to get a table, we were walked to the front of the restaurant but then redirected to the back after walking all the way round and we were shown to what was likely the worst table in the house. We protested and the manager graciously seated us at the downstairs bar where we had a complementary champagne. Everything was good after that, we got a good seat around 15 minutes later and had a lovely meal. It felt like a genuine mistake but it was not initially handled well by the restaurant.

   Very slow service - kitchen lost our order. Live music was a really good bonus.

    The service and the food were both excellent. The ambiance was next level with a beautiful design and live, music by a talented trio. I would highly recommend to all.
