   Everything was amazing. From the service to the food. The servers were amazing. We were celebrating our engagement. The servers always checked in on my fiancé and I. They came back to refill our waters and wine. Making sure that we were taken care of. My fiancé and I are from out of town and this was truly a high end service restaurant, that we will be coming back when we visit Chicago.

   We shared the pasta with king crab s and seafood and it was perfect, a little spicy but not too much , tasty, the ribeye was pre sliced , cook as ordered and seasoned , the same with the pork chops. The service was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant

   Overall, I was very disappointed in this restaurant. We were seated immediately upon arrival but after that we were not greeted by a server for an unusually long period of time. Overall, the experience was disjointed with very long delays between being acknowledged by any staff. We were served the incorrect appetizer. When we were able to finally flag our server, it took a long time for the correct appetizer to be delivered to our table. Also, our bill was incorrect with an item listed that we never ordered. Again, it took a long time to get anyone’s attention to let them know there was an error on the bill. For the price point, this whole experience was a disappointment.

   We have very fond memories at Prosecco. Several years ago we took our daughter there for her 21st Birthday. So when we booked again for an early dinner prior to heading to thw opera we had high expectations. We arrived on time and were seated at a 2 top, in the front of the restaurant which was just fine. The waitress came to our table to take a drink order, and we thought we would be given a complementary glass of Prosecco, but no mention of it. We recieved our drinks and then settled in to determine your meal. When I explained I have a gluten allergy the waitress stated they have gluten free pasta and could modify most items on the menu. I was hoping to get the parmeseana encrusted chicken breast. But the waitress stated the kitchen couldn't do that as it is breaded. Which there was no mention on the menu. I would have though the chef could have made a modification. We were ordering an arugula salad to split, she informed us we had to submit our main meal at the same time. Making us feel rushed, that this was the way the kitchen wanted it. When ordering my wife asked about the different prices on the menu for items and the waitress stated that they were for half orders. We wanted a full orders which was fine and my wife settled in for bolognese. Which my wife absolutely loves. I ordered the same with gluten free pasta. When we got the order the size of the plate seemed small, so my wife inquired if these were the half order and the waitress said no. OK, however there was barely enough bolognese for the amount of pasta. Needless to say it left us wanting for more. But it was also very acidic. We are not ones to complain, so we let that go. After dinner we specifically ordered two cappuccino and we recieved expresso. I asked the busboy, who brought another gentlemen over who took them and replaced them with the appropriate items. But we were very specific, I understand early hours are good times to train staff, but for what we paid, the poor service we won't be back

    Great food. This place surprised me with how delicious the food. Server was excellent. Only small complaint is the first thing the hostess said to us was we had a 2 hour limit for dinner. Just didn’t set the very best opening vibe for a Friday evening dinner.
