The Loft is a completely private space located on the second level that is inspired by Tuscany with exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and rich golden walls. Shuttered windows surround the space and feature views of The Western Auto Building. A private bar and two private restrooms are located on the same level and there is an elevator available. Max seating is 85. Audio-visual capabilities include a pull down screen, projector, microphone and sound system.

The Terrazza is a beautiful glass space with curved wooden roof, views of the railyard, and Union Station. One of my favorite features of this room is you will get to watch the trains and KC Street Car pass by throughout your experience. Glass doors surround the space that can open to an attached patio area that is exclusively reserved with this room. Max seating is 104. Audio-visual capabilities include 2 flat screen TVs, a microphone, and sound system.

The Pergola

Lidia's Pergola is a covered outdoor patio located on the North side of the building that looks down Baltimore Street to Downtown Kansas City. The space is fully covered and is equipped with lighting, fans, gas heaters, and all weather curtains that can be drawn closed. This area is perfect for an al fresco dining experience and can accommodate up to 60 guests.
