Bice at The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel
BiCE Began in Milan, Italy in 1926, when Beatrice Ruggeri (“Bice” to her family and friends), opened her kitchen to the world. Beatrice truly believed that a great dining experience involved more than good food. With the help of her entire family, her restaurant became a great success as they perfected their Northern Italian style cuisine and service. When Beatrice’s sons, Remo and Roberto came to work in the Milan restaurant, they modified the typical trattoria into a restaurant with International appeal. This was the beginning of BICE Ristorante and they continue to expand around the world. BiCE is available for private events. Our space includes our Main Dining Room, 2 private rooms, Front and Back Terrace. This restaurant will accommodate up to 400+ guests on a flow. The main dining room overlooks Portofino Bay via large windows. In addition there are doors that open onto our Two Terraces overlooking the Portofino Bay.

Rear Terrace

Private Dining Guests can enjoy pre-dinner cocktails while listening to the nightly performance of "Musica della Notte", Music of the Night. Italian Opera singers perform from the hotel balcony across from the BiCE Terrace at dusk each night.

Our Front Terrace overlooks Portofino Bay. Private Dining guests can begin their evening here enjoying cocktails or end their evening here with dessert. We also can host small wedding ceremonies here.
