   We love the service at this restaurant, which keeps us coming back. Our server Shaun was excellent as always and the new manager is great. Both were very attentive and made for a great dining experience.

   Anniversary dinner service was good but a little slow. Food was very good.

   This was our third time at Prism and it was wonderful. We could not find one thing wrong with our experience. We have been many, many places and this may have been our best meal ever. Can't wait to go back!

   I don't know what happened here since September but, I wasn't pleased. I ordered the Salmon like the last time only this time they covered it with herbal leaves and it was not as moist as before. Served with a couple of tablespoons of mashed potatoes and three large tough stalks of asparagus. My son was happy with the angus burger but his fries were thin and hard. The Mgr. came by the table, saw them and immediately offered to replace them. Then asked, if we wanted another bread basket? I said, breadbasket what breadbasket? So no, they weren't on their game Saturday night. But, we did get a free desert that they didn't want to go to waste when we first arrived, and the Hostess moved us to another table after I complained about the air conditioner blowing cold air on our table. Would I return? Probably not for the food.

   First off, you need to walk through a smoke filled casino to get to the restaurant. We get seated, were given the drink list to look at along with the menu. Drink list was titled "SPECIALITY COCTAILS". Server returns a little while later, we order the chocolate martini, "we are out of that" she replies. Well, that would have been nice to know when given the list. We get water instead. Food was good. Took forever to get the bill.

   Had reservations for Thanksgiving. No where does it mention that you need to be 18 years old to first enter a casino to get to the restaurant. Our entire party wasn’t able to have thanksgiving dinner because we had children with us.

   The food took way too long to be served because only 2 servers were working on a very busy night.

    Great selection at great prices. Located inside the Hollywood Casino at GREEKTOWN. Fantastic.
