   This is my second time that I have got disappointed to eat lunch at print works bistro!! We had to wait for so long to get our food !! I ordered shrimp Risotto and it was very disappointing since they used regular rice to make Risotto, for this restaurant it’s very disappointing ! They should have told me they can’t make it and I would have ordered something else.

   Wasn’t too impressed w our waiter. She seemed to want us to hurry along and the whole dining experience was rushed and wasn’t impressed. Had a friend tag along and it was his first time at Print Works. It was obvious she wanted us to hurry so she could leave. She did say we were her last table. When we were ready to pay she was nowhere to be found. We had to find another waiter to cash us out. There were tables around us that were still eating so it wasn’t like we were the last table in the restaurant. Quite the contrary. Not a good experience for Easter.

   First of all, we absolutely love Print Works. It's always been one of our favorite spots for an outstanding dining experience—great atmosphere, wonderful food, and exceptional service. However, we've noticed a shift during our last three visits. The high standards that made Print Works stand out seem to be slipping. The quality of service and food, which used to be consistently excellent, has started to decline. During our most recent visit, the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming—in fact, the overall vibe felt tense, almost like no one really wanted to be there. That warm, “We’re so glad you’re here” energy that used to define Print Works was missing. Service was unusually slow across the board—from the time we were seated, to getting water refills, to the food arriving (and not always hot). We truly hope someone in management sees this and takes it to heart. Print Works has always held a special place for us, and we’d hate to see it lose what made it exceptional. Please don’t let it become “just another restaurant.” We’re rooting for you to bring back the magic.

   Noticed that some servers are much more attentive than others! Unfortunately, we had one who didn't check on us very often.

   Beautiful brunch on the patio! Delicious food! I appreciate that there is always a vegan option. My only criticism is the lack of Coke or Pepsi products.
