   We went for Easter brunch and were the second table seated. We waited an hour and half for our food. The manger never once came to apologize or compensate how long the wait was. It wasn’t just our table ,but the whole restaurant. I was sad because we have always had great service in the past.

   One off the meat restaurants we’ve been in . . . period! The food was delicious, creative, and accommodated dietary needs for all. The personnel were friendly and outgoing. It was a great experience!!

   Good service, good food, good environment. Great for a birthday dinner but we’ve also stopped by just for dessert. Nice spot with fresh, local ingredients.

   We have been several times and had great service. Last night the service started off good and quickly went down hill after the water was brought to our table. Food was good but not worth the wait which our dinner took 2.5 hours! 90 min after ordering we finally received our dinner. They offered nothing but a sorry for my absence from our server who spent over an hour dealing with a large party’s bill next to us. She basically totally forgot about our table and we had 3 other people coming over to ours. We were celebrating a birthday and an athlete and told her so. They didn’t do anything for dessert. Sadly the 20% gratuity was added and she still managed to charge the wrong credit cards the wrong amounts even when we wrote it all down for her. For a $500 bill I expected more than an insincere apology. They could have at least comped us dessert.

   Overall, good place for dinner though pricey and not-generous portions. The four of us enjoyed our meals but nobody was blown away.

   Primo has always been a favorite. With new owners quality has not slipped, in fact our dinner last night couldn't have been better.

   Very Good cocktails and calamari to start. Nice cheerful up-tempo place on Sat eve. Cod and chicken entrees were good and roasted vegetables were excellent. auto 20% tip was OK for the quality we received. Will go again next month.

   My husband and I had a wonderful date night here and especially enjoyed our seats in front of the kitchen. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was fantastic as well!

   Great food, a little slow getting the first drink out; maybe need a second bartender on Saturday nights. Quite loud, but there were two tables nearby that were celebrating birthdays.

    We love Primo Grill, we are repeat customers. The only things I always consider are how cold it is outside, because the whole left side of the space gets blasted with air each time the door opens (I just keep my coat on), and the noise level is difficult for me due to a hearing disability. The food is so delicious, and we always have exceptional service, so its worth it :)
