   TJ was an excellent waiter. We shared the lobster fried rice, the lobster, mac & cheese, appetizer, calamari, appetizer and drunken noodles. They accommodated our request to have the drunken noodles made with shrimp.

   Always a great experience. Joy took care of me tonight, and she was such a delete. I always come for the Seafood Curry and stay for the dessert!

   I took my husband to Poor Calvins for his birthday. The experience was unmatched! The service was impeccable! The food was definitely Chef’s kiss ( Lobster Fried rice 10/10)!! I will definitely be back!!

   Another enjoyable dining experience at Poor Calvin’s. Had a good meal with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Overall excellent service. Food was delicious and presented nicely. We will be back.

   Tried the lamb chops, third time eating lamb chops last two times I would say they were 3/10 but having them here for the first time they were 8/10 and I don’t even like lamb chops so that says it all.

   Poor Calvin’s is consistently very good. Interesting dishes, well balanced taste and beautiful presentation. Service is attentive and the ambience is funky and intimate. It’s not necessarily cheap but you get full value for the money here

   Great place! Incredible service and even better food. That’s devil eggs with crab (a different type of Easter). Entrees: drunken noodles with beef with a lower end heating candle keeping it warm; and lobster fried rice with the lobster tail fried. All were excellent. Drinks: Mercier Orchards’ Grumpy Granny. Stunned to find it.

    Food and service are top notch! The Asian fusion was very well executed and all meals/drinks had well balanced flavors. The only down side was the noise level. It may have been an off night with large loud parties dining just adjacent to us. Otherwise, I would definitely dine again when in town!
