   This is one of my favorite restaurants in Palm Springs. It's delicious and charming. I love that the Escargot is made in the traditional French way. The Steak Tar Tar is great too, although I would recommend replacing the mayonnaise with Dijon mustard. It's much better that way!

   Excellent food, service, drinks and overall experience. Our group had a variety of appetizers, entrees and deserts. Rack of lamb, mussels and surf & turf were outstanding. Food was perfectly cooked and plated beautifully. Our server was very nice, knowledgeable & knows the beverages well! As locals we can’t wait to go back again.

   We have been going to Pomme Frite for nearly 20 years and it gets better with age. The food is delicious - from escargot to steak tartar to pacific sole and braised short rib. All of it is A+. To top it off, their French waiter, Willie, is a gem.

   I was disappointed in the "California bouillabaisse", which isn't the traditional tomato-based sauce, in part because I didn't read the menu description closely enough. Still, the inclusion of spaghetti in the dish is odd. Otherwise, we were all happy with our Caesar and beet salads, duck and mussels. Service was lovely and efficient as well. Perhaps the biggest detractor is the noise of Palm Canyon Dr., with way too many really loud motorcycles.

   The food was delicious as always. We eat here often because of the French onion soup and the steak tartar. Yummy.

   The service was extremely slow. And we just had soup and appetizers . Maybe the server was overworked, but the service was really lacking. Probably won’t go back.
