   Negatives: Food is not worth the price at all. We got the filet and burger. Both were Lacking flavor. Positives: chicken wings. Chocolate cake (very rich but seems store bought. SERVICE was outstanding…our waitress was great

   Chicken and biscuits took forever then came out cold. Sent it back and continued to wait. Waiter was unprepared and needed prompting to bring salt, then condiments, silverware!, ice water…!!! Two hour brunch…not pleasant. Not busy, either.

   Never got our table. Waited 40 minutes. Overheard a table had not been for 10 minutes.

   The atmosphere was beautiful... gorgeous restaurant and venue. Roland was very helpful, kind and informative (he just happened to be in the lobby and was kind enough to give us some information). The food was not great for the price. My husband ordered a filet... it was over cooked (he ordered medium rare) - we asked for fries as an extra but they didn't come until the end of our meal. I ordred a smash burger that was overdone. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had!!! The restaurant was gorgeous, but the food was disappointing (total bill $244.63) - we won't go back to the restaurant for dinner but would probably eat at the tavern or the dockside because of the atmosphere. Enjoy the facility... just wouldn't recommend the Plank restaurant (other than the brussel sprouts!)

   Came for brunch on vacation. The vanilla bean crepes were amazing! My mom loved her avocado toast. We ate outside on the patio. Not inexpensive but we really enjoyed our meal.

   Everything was great except our reservation for outdoor seating was not honored. The manager told me that this fact was Open Table’s problem and they have not been able to fix it. Outdoor seating is on a first come basis unless you make a deposit in advance (a closely guarded secret).

   When we arrived early for our 7pm reservation the two of us were asked whether we wanted inside or outside. We said outside and then were told outside was completely full. Strange to ask our preference. The pictures and prices on their site made us anticipate much better food. The scallops, mussels, shrimp with linguine dish was way overcooked, strangely dried out and flavorless. My wife liked her Caesar salad. It was good. The drinks from the bar were very good. This is a hotel restaurant. And not a very good one.

   Food and service were good but not great - we sat outside which was very nice - given the location, prices are about what you'd expect - IMO the food didn't measure up to the price.
