Pizzeria Gusto is an extension of my dinner table, where friends, family and loved ones gather together to share conversation, laughter, food and wine. The aromas and sounds are a constant reminder of centuries old Italian traditions, which instantly welcome you to the family.
We believe that pizza is the perfect food. A blank canvas that has unlimited possibilities in both taste and texture. By using fresh local produce and authentic Italian ingredients your experience will surely have you saying "Bellissimo"!
Our wood burning oven comes from Reggelo, 20 km from Florence. The Valoriani oven is hand crafted by a family of artisans that has been perfecting their skills for 5 generations. Its domed brick roof and 650 degree temperature is the perfect vessel for creating the perfect pizza.

Had an excellent time with our bar top seating. Will was great, he was super personable, knowledgeable and his drinks were delicious. Food was well done as per usual.

Pizzeria gusto has the nicest patio in Winnipeg . It trendy and away from the street . The drinks and food was great . We had 3 gourmet pizzas and loved them all . Pizza crust was thin and crispy . Love going there !

Always a great time on the patio! Food is delicious and service was fabulous! Within walking distance so makes this an even bigger bonus for neighbourhood restaurant!

We had a phenomenal time last night at Pizzeria Gusto! The food was absolutely delicious — especially the Funghi di Bosco and Furiosa, which were both standouts. Our server, Rowan, went above and beyond to make the evening truly special. Experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back!!

Food was OK, but the quality did not seem as refined as years' past. I was disappointed after having enjoy Pizzeria Gusto the first few years after its opening. The previous visit was also underwhelming.
