Pizzeria Gusto is an extension of my dinner table, where friends, family and loved ones gather together to share conversation, laughter, food and wine. The aromas and sounds are a constant reminder of centuries old Italian traditions, which instantly welcome you to the family.
We believe that pizza is the perfect food. A blank canvas that has unlimited possibilities in both taste and texture. By using fresh local produce and authentic Italian ingredients your experience will surely have you saying "Bellissimo"!
Our wood burning oven comes from Reggelo, 20 km from Florence. The Valoriani oven is hand crafted by a family of artisans that has been perfecting their skills for 5 generations. Its domed brick roof and 650 degree temperature is the perfect vessel for creating the perfect pizza.

    As always, a great experience. The food is delicious and unique. The setting is relaxed and fun. The staff are attentive, engaged, and have a great sense of humour. In the inimitable words of the Terminator, "I'll be back."

    The bartender was amazing. Shared samples of his upcoming summer cocktails- there were extraordinary!!! Staff was attentive and kind. Food was delicious. A very lovely evening.

    The pasta dish was dry (not very saucy) and not very hot. There were only a few bites of chicken. It was disappointing. Beet salad was delicious however we wished that the server had told us that the portion was small (we told him we planned to share it) The music was very loud and made conversation difficult. The temperature in the restaurant was cold.

    A group of us went to Pizzeria Gusto after theatre for supper. Our group tried 3 different pizzas and two salads. Everything was delicious. I particularly liked the combinations of toppings on the pizzas. The selections are unique and eclectic. I have so far had the opportunity to try 3 different pizzas and all of them have been delicious. I particularly liked the combinations the availability of porchetta and ‘nduja as choices for the toppings.
