Pasta Primavera Walnut Creek offers excellent food and courteous service in a casual, contemporary setting ambiance, and also offers a fine dining bar which serves great draft beers, spirit selections, beautiful and delightful wines, all while broadcasting the latest televised sporting events.
We have been in this business since 1988 and since then we have been consistently utilizing the freshest ingredients to prepare our zesty dishes. Our attitude of "going with the flow" has kept us in business for almost three decades.
Today, Pasta Primavera Walnut Creek is an independent restaurant and has no affiliation with any other Pasta Primaveras.
Pasta Primavera Walnut Creek is currently owned by Amir Tehrani (the founder of the original Pasta Primavera) and managed by Allen Pourkhomami.

Below average pasta for San Francisco prices. The carbonara was too runny tasting only of cream and pancetta. The chicken pasta’s are a bit better. Ironic for a place with pasta in it’s name that neither the rigatoni nor the fettuccine were made fresh, just store brought dry variety.

We have been there twice in the past 3 weeks after not going for some time during the pandemic. It was great. Service, food, wine list, prices all outstanding. We will continue to visit and enjoy a neighborhood gem.

Waitress constantly forgot about us. We had to chase down someone to order and water (multiple times) and we never got our drinks even after asking 4 separate times but got charged for them anyway. Also has to chase down our bill and finally just went to front to pay so we could leave after 2 hours.
