   Good comfort food. The baked Ziti was delicious. Not too noisy, nice ambiance, great music at an appropriate volume, and truly lovely and friendly staff!

   Food was not that good, and service was slow. This is not that great Italian food. There are better options close by.

   Right from the start you could tell it wasn’t going to be a good experience when you walk into an Italian restaurant and they are blaring rap music. Next the waiter poured us 4 glasses of tap water splashing it all over the table and never offered us ice. I guess that’s what we get for not getting the sparkling. I asked for my calamari to not have the hot peppers. Guess what it had. Yup. And that was my entree’. I just had him take it off the bill because it took forever for 3 bowls of spaghetti and the rest of my party would be done long before my food arrived. Our server was missing in action more than her was taking care of us. Oh what Italian restaurant doesn’t have Italian sausage on their menu. I won’t be back my bill was over $100 2 bowls of spaghetti one with meatballs, 1 scampi and one loaf of Italian and vodka tonics.

   The service here is abysmal. It took forever to put our orders in, the food was slow, the empty plates were not cleared between courses. After waiting 30 minutes for the “special” ice cream cake it came half melted. A compete shame as the food is quite delicious, but not worth enduring the terrible experience in store

   I have been here three times since this location opened, and my impression remains the same: good but certainly not great food that is quite overpriced, and a waitstaff and host that seem determined to make you feel that they couldn't care less if you eat there or not. I choose not.
