   Parc has never disappointed, we make a rez every time we're in Philly. Couldn't ask for better service, our server was kind, competent and funny. The place runs like a well oiled machine. Every dish was delivered to the right person, and all the food was great! We shared mushroom soup and they kindly split it in the kitchen into two bowls and plenty in each, much appreciated. And the bread with the cranberry and nuts was so good we bought a boule to bring home. The eggs Benedict and the Norwegian Benedict were excellent. The English muffin was fresh and easy to cut, eggs sitting up high and done perfectly, great hollandaise. OJ and cappuccino perfect. We will be back next time we're in Philly, wish we could have stayed for dinner too.

   Insanely noisy as ever, but died down after 10 (unusual). Good food as usual. Weird mix-up on order -- artichoke app took 25 minutes to arrive. Mains arrived while we were still finishing. Not sure where the problem was. Server, who was courteous and professional, did comp the artichokes.

   Overall, the food and drinks were very good. This was my first time trying Parc so I was very excited. When our waitress came over for the first time she immediately asked us if we wanted still or sparkling water. We could barely hear her due to the noise level and she repeated by saying “bottled?” So we just nodded and said yes. We did not realize that the still water was not the standard and costed us an extra $8. We later looked around at all the other tables who were simply offered normal tap water. I’m not sure if we looked like a quick buck but we would have also preferred tap water if the option was presented to us. Then, our waitress forgot to put my cocktail in causing further delay. Upon receiving the bill, my friend realized she was overcharged for her one glass of wine and was actually given a similar, albeit wrong, drink than she ordered. After we ordered our meals, our waitress never came over to our table again, but frequently came over to check on the few other tables in the section. Someone else brought our drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Even after staring at my empty drink glass, she simply turned around and started walking away, until I politely asked for another. Additionally, we asked for a bread basket that we never received. We were left confused as so why our waitress started out so friendly only to ignore us for the majority of our time there, especially after I said it was my first time there. Again, the ambience, the food, and the drinks were great. It was unfortunate the service we received was not the same service the other patrons around us received.

   Parc brunch was simply wonderful. Went for the first time as my daughter was moving out of Philadelphia. I needed to change the time of the reservation - no availability on OpenTable - but one email to Parc and they accommodated us. The food was simply outstanding - not a bad appetizer or entree. Just delish. Ambiance lovely. It was a rainy day so outdoor seating was limited making interior noice a bit much. That is my only nit pick. Wait staff was great. I'll be back when I am in philly again.

   Always a wonderful meal at Parc, and our server was just lovely. But the noise level makes conversation near impossible, creating an unpleasant experience. I remember the back room being better and will ask for it next time.
