   Ordered calamari and it was so salty when we got towards the bottom. Ordered the Easter special entrees (prime rib and short rib) with mashed potatoes, same thing. Too salty that it wasn’t safe to eat for someone like me with high blood pressure. Manager came over making his rounds and we told him about the overly salty food today. He went to the kitchen to check and came back and agreed with us. He said they were making a new batch but never heard from him again even though he was in our area multiple times. There was no offer of comping part of our meals considering that my wife and I did not have an edible side (mashed potatoes) to go with our meal. Have been dining here for years and this has been the worst experience we’ve had at this establishment. Disappointed that we didn’t get another side to eat with our meal.

   All of our dishes were cooked perfectly with very generous portions. The service was excellent as was the overall value. We'll definitely be going back.

   Never a disappointment here with food. I tried their new specials and glad I did. Their specialty drinks and fish dish was great. Service never has been an issue. Manager always checks in with customers.

   This was the second time I was here. It is the first time we tried the brunch menu. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server was very sweet and attentive.

   My server Erin was incredible She was attentive and friendly, we even took a selfie together. I always enjoy dining at the Paragon. The food and beer flights are great!
