Great place with exceptional food and service! Celebrated my husband’s birthday and they went all out for us! It was truly special!

Beautiful, very elagent , excellent place to have afternoon ☕️, the only thing I could Critique Is that the sandwich’s all come on your plate , I would prefer to select from a stand / caddy and £28 for 1 glass / flute of rose champagne is Ridiculous , over all very good

Hotel was excellent which was part of the reason for booking afternoon tea. The tea was really nice and would recommend. We will be booking a stay very soon. Mark Mandy Brown

Best afternoon tea! The service was impeccable the food was delicious and the tea menu was extensive. This was a magical experience!!

Came here for Afternoon Tea. Service was incredibly poor, had to wait over 30 minutes to get a refill on tea because they were “busy making coffee” while we were in the middle of the dessert course, with no apology. Would recommend Savoy over Palm Court if you are looking for good service at 55 GBP a head.
