    Felt neglected by staff, never offered refill on tea or the food. Staff didn't clear our plates and afternoon tea stand was mainly used for us to put our dirty plates on. Didn't feel like a festive afternoon tea especially one for £78 per person no 5 star service

    The portion sizes were a lot smaller than previous years and i felt the cake quality and imagination behind the presentation had dipped. It was all quite alot more rushed than normal with everything coming out very quickly so you didn’t have as much time to just relax as previously. Still overall a great afternoon tea but not quite a good as it once was!

    Everything was amazing: the atmosphere and decor, the pianist, the service, the food...The Christmas-themed afternoon tea was so yummy

    The Christmas Afternoon Tea was the perfect way to start feeling really festive this year! From the decor, to the food, to the attentive service, it had just the right amount of sparkle - thank you to all of The Langham team.

    Lovely afternoon tea. Table are nicely spread apart so you don't hear anyone else's conversation. Waitress was friendly but as it got busier it was harder to get her attention. She didn't offer us any refills of the food as they used to. We had to ask for more sandwiches. Overall it was lovely to go afternoon tea as it made things feel a bit more normal.
