   Great as always, tasty food - this time I travelled with my 3 year old daughter - it's nice you have children's menu. One area of improvement - the lady's customer skills. She wasn't rude but didn't sound welcoming. I don't know her name but she checked us in when we arrived at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday 16th April. I introduced myself and started spelling phonetically because my name, especially my first name is hard: Beata. After the third letter, it's intangible, the service, just sounded as if she was judgemental. Then the lady asked: is it a table for 2? And I said yes, my child and me. Then she said, oh so it's a table for 1? Then I repeated. She looked over the counter and suggested children's menu. Not a big thing, it did not put me off from your restaurant, I or we when coming to London with my daughter, will still be dining at yours but the lady was the first impression of my visit because she literally was the first person I spoke to. Polite waiter - I do apologise, I don't know his name but he is Romanian as he said - thank you for your service because he helped me decide what to order - if one dish from every section (kid's menu) then it's £15. That is a great value for money instead of paying separately. Also, it was nice that he waited to tell the chef about my child's next order because my child eats slow and by the time she found finish a starter, the main would be cold. So that was a considerate customer service, thank you. The waiter also suggested tasty food. Shifted my choices but again, I asked for his opinion. Not regretting. Tasty food, both my child's food and mine. Cleanliness, baby changing facilities. Also, what I didn't know - a guest can go outside and look at the city. So obvious, I haven't thought about that. Toddler brain. Next time we will try to make a photo. Because of being accompanied by my daughter, we spent almost 2 hours at yours, whereas when I was at yours on my own, the visit lasted under an hour so photos next time.

   Always a great menu and an excellent wine list. Service attentive but not intrusive. One of the best views over London

   It is a magnificent spot and you are paying for it; reasonably priced it is not. The food was very good: I had two starters, a lovely parsnip soup (nice and hot) and a lovely little crab mousseline on brioche. I also had some chips which were crisp and flavoursome. The woman of my dreams had a very good-looking pork chop, which was well cooked and nicely presented. Service was attentive and the ambience is clearly very good.

   Really excellent evening. Should come here more often. Food and service were really great. Lovely venue.

    We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The restaurant contacted us ahead of time and we pre-ordered a slice of cake with a special greeting and champagne. The view was beautiful and the service and servers were attentive and friendly. The food was good fitting for the occasion. We will definitely return. Thank you OXO Tower staff for a very pleasant and memorable evening.
