   Food was amazing but the service was horrible. I’m honestly not sure I would return due to the lack of customer service we got from our server.

   This is our go to place for a quiet dining experience. The servers are always friendly and prompt. Menu is varied to meet everyone’s taste and choices. You can always count on great taste and quality. I like that the manager is out checking on the diners and supporting the staff. Just a great family place. There were High School Prom couples there and I loved seeing them interact with the staff.

   We were celebrating our anniversary, was looking forward to a nice dinner and evening out. This is not the restaurants fault, but there was a group of people on the other side that were over the top loud and disrespectful. I literally couldn’t hear the server and definitely couldn’t carry on a conversation with my husband. It was very disappointing that people have no regard for manners or others anymore. Then 2 booths from us a mom was there with her 2 kids that were out of control, didn’t want to eat, were fighting and screaming. Just our unlucky night I guess but Oswego Grill is the nicest place in town so we were disappointed. Also not inexpensive. Our server was awesome, food was good but the atmosphere ruined it for us.

   Five of us gathered for a birthday celebration and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was kind and thoughtful—very well done!
