   Always very delicious food. Waitstaff are on Europe. Time as far as how often they check in but the food is so good.

   Very nice experience, with friendly, observant servers who worked well as a team, noticing whenever something was needed, taking our order and bringing the bill with barely any wait tine despite the restaurant being full. Good pizza and lamb pasta dishes, knowledgeable guidance on wine and noticeably fresh and tasty salads made for a meal which left us smiling :)

   SCAM ALERT! Our waiter added an additional 7% tip on top of the 20% tip we added to the check - without telling us!! He punched the additional 7% in after we handed him the card terminal, and then didn't give us the receipt. When we asked for the receipt, it took them a while (thinking we might leave) then they brought it over and when we confronted them - they didn't even seem surprised! They didn't deny it or anything, just said they'll fire the waiter (no they didn't) and that Alex - the general manager - will give me a call later. Someone did call, but I doubt he's the GM - maybe not even related to the restaurant, just a friend of the shift manager. I doubt this is a one off thing - it seemed so routine to them, and they were so prepared, that I bet they get caught regularly. Check out my other reviews I give fair reviews and understand the challenges that restaurants have, but this is outright THEFT! And it's not like I changed their suggested tip or anything for them to ft bitter - they're just running this scam to increase wages. BTW the food was just OK, didn't justify the price if anyone still cares about that at this point. STAY AWAY!

   Nothing special to really call out. The atmosphere is nice and open. Service was so so, all cocktails were empty before waitress checked on us. The food was average- should have ordered a pizza. So many other choices- will chalk it up as a miss

   Great atmosphere and food. Both I and my teen daughter loved the food and vibe. This is exactly how I pictured a Saturday dinner in Greenwich village would be.

   Our server Jose was amazing, entire staff was so attentive and sweet. Excellent service, the food was amazing as always. This was my second time and I will definitely come back. Love this place and everything here. Everything was a 10/10. It was my sister’s bday and they brought out dessert and a candle without even me having to ask. Very very sweet! Love this place, definitely recommend. Jose was a daring!

   The food was excellent. My wife and I shared - amazing spinach salad; an exceptional pasta with the wild boar- pork bolognese sauce (wish I didn’t have to share - easily could have eaten the entire dish); and a very good olive oil cake. A bit of a tight fit between tables and thus noisy - but I enjoyed the ambiance. Service was very good, friendly and prompt.

    I love this restaurant the food (especially Carbonara is chef’s kiss), ambiance and service is amazing!! We recently celebrated a friend's birthday, and our experience was made exceptional by our waitress, Gokce. Her friendly demeanor and quick service kept the energy of the day vibrant. She genuinely cares about her guests, she made sure we were having a good time recommended great dishes / desert (tiramisu & panna cota was amazing) and her professionalism is commendable. Thank you for making our lunch so enjoyable! I highly recommend dining at Olio e Più—can’t already wait for the next time!!
