   I love Ocean Prime! From the valet, the guy at the front door and those lovely people at the front counter that check you in, they have made us feel welcome each time that we have visited. Their service is top tier and the presentation and taste of the food and drinks are outstanding! Ocean Prime is my favorite restaurant in the Tampa Bay!!

   Our service was outstanding. In terms of the food, the wedge salad and the house Prime were excellent. We returned the calamari which were soggy and had a fishy, non calamari flavor. Also not as well spiced as usual. The salmon main was exceptional. The ribeye steak was 80 % gristle. I ate fewer than ten bites of meat and 20 pieces of gristle left on the side plate. I left half uneaten. I am sure the survey would have returned it or comped it but I didn’t want to complain twice in one evening. Not the usual. We have eaten at Prime in Tampa and Orlando often.

   Service was great. My medium steak was slightly overdone, but still good with slightly crispy outside.  next time I’ll order medium rare.

   Everything was great. Special sushi roll was excellent. House salad is very flavorful. I had the 10oz filet that was very tender and my wife had the lobster pasta that was excellent. Truffle fries and brussels were very good, but could have a little more flavor. Carrot cake was everything you would hope for.

   Had a wonderful anniversary dinner, our waiter Bruce went above and beyond to provide a memorable evening.

   We had a PHENOMENAL dinner at Ocean Prime! Every single thing we had was beyond delicious from the bread basket, to the berries and bubbly drinks, to the filets, spinach, lobster mac and cheese, loaded baked potato, lamb chops, goat cheese ravioli, and the butter cake. Our waiter, Travis, was incredible with suggestions and his service was impeccable. We could not have asked for a better dinner for our friend's bday dinner! We have already recommended Ocean Prime to several people, it was that amazing!

   This was our first time here and it will definitely not be our last. The food was cooked perfectly and the presentation was top notch . We had sushi for our appetizer and it was some of the best sushi I’ve had. The cocktails were fantastic. The service was equally impressive. Louis (sp?) was our server. He and his coworker’s were excellent. We asked questions regarding his opinions on certain dishes and Louis’s suggestions were great. We will ask for him to be our server the next time we dine. Thank you all for a delicious meal and a great anniversary dinner.
