   Disappointing experience. Our server was not attentive and apparently spread too thin, which resulted in a dinner seating that shouldn’t have lasted two full hours. For starters, it took nearly 10 minutes to retrieve a drink menu that included the bourbons they had available, and then another 10 minutes to find out they didn’t have the one I ordered. By the time I received my drink, my wife was nearly done with her initial beverage. When the main course was presented, only one of two of the side dishes ordered was brought to the table. Unfortunately, no one checked on us for 10+ minutes, so there was no way to recover. As a “make-up” gesture, we were offered a dessert on the house. The frustrating thing here is that it was still on the bill when the final check was presented . . . resulting in the waiter having to come back a second time to correct the tab. Going back to the timeliness theme, we did not see our waiter for almost 20 minutes after the dessert arrived at our table. We were obviously ready to go with how slow the night was paced with the poor service. We both left the restaurant dumbfounded with how horrible our experience was for such a good restaurant.

   I would give it five stars but our service was really bad. Our server would disappear for 20 to 30 minutes on a couple different occasions and just leave us hanging. It was frustrating, especially since we were entertaining our niece and spending almost $500. Otherwise, this restaurant is really fantastic. The food is always great, the ambience is awesome.

   Excellent food and service. We had steak , salmon and lobster Mac and Cheese. All delicious!

   Food was delicious for Restaurant week last night, I got the steak and the carrot cake both were great, friends got the sea bass which was also excellent, salad was average, the restaurant is really beautiful but noisy, girls night out was really fun

   We came for the Restaurant week menu. I had the salmon and it was delicious. Service was wonderful and we never felt rushed. Coffee was served with warmed cream…a first for me! We will be back.

   Our experience at Ocean Prime Dallas was Spectacular. The food and drinks were amazing and our server Vlad went above and beyond providing us with the best service. Would highly recommend

   Our server Bryan was amazing!!! The entire staff works very well together!!! Bryan recommended the hibiscus cocktail and my husband loved it! The front desk lady greeted us with a smile. We had a great table but we would have tried outside seating if we knew that it was air conditioned. The food was great but we like our Steak temperature to be very hot with a hot plate when it it served, that was the only Down for us . We will be back again!

   Absolutely ridiculous that they charge for valet. Could be the only upscale place around Dallas that does.

    Ocean Prime has become our go-to restaurant for seafood. And we eat a lot of seafood. They have the best selection in town, and everything is always prepared perfectly and delicously. The ambiance is perfect for a date night or a special occasion. The service is always excellent and top-notch. The last two times, we have had the same server (F). He has been helpful, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable, as my wife has a couple food allergies. It is always an enjoyable and memorable experience. We will continue to go back!
