   We drank and dined here pre the Lionel Ritchie concert. Lovely quiet haven with comfortable chairs. We ate the 'Sea' platter. Very generous portions of mackerel, salmon and rye bread. Delicious squid in chilli sauce and herrings, all washed down with a lovely Californian Merlot. Would definitely use this bar again when visiting the 02.

   Good bar but limited food options so can't really rate as a dining experience. Amazing cocktails with 4 sharing platters available. They were good but overpriced.

   Cant comment on food or drink as we were booked in but couldn't get served. Shocking lack of service, apart from the pleasant and efficient receptionist. The waiter gave us menus with barely a word, walked away never to be seen again. And the place wasn't even busy (unsurprisingly perhaps?)!

   Decor trying a bit too hard to be trendy and missing the mark- and an atmosphere of Starbucks or Sainsburys. Had to ask for service from busy staff in dodgy Mismatched uniforms that attempted to resemble airline uniforms and failed as cheap and nasty. One cocktail (daquari) arrived in a glass with about 2 egg cups full of liquid, the other (Maiden Voyage) came in a 1930s vase which was so large and heavy it required two hands to hold. We decided to forgo food and head elsewhere. Final insult to injury was an additional drink that was added to our bill erroneously. Never again

   As this was a special occasion I expected more. The service was incredibly slow. We had to order drinks from the bar as no one attended to us - these eventually arrived after the food. When the food arrived there was no cutlery or plates to eat it from. Although our waiter was very apologetic I felt this was not in keeping with the Virgin name and usual standard of service

   Great cocktails and service. Atmosphere a little sterile but it was quite early. Husband didn't think the platter at £20 was very good value for the amount and content.

    Before any major event at the O2 it is a nightmare to eat, drink or sit anywhere prior to it's start due to overcrowding. Ny-Lon is out of the way, classy and great that it's reservation only. Styled like a Virgin Airport Lounge, its airy, clinical and demure. Their cocktails are really nice, slightly on the City of London price of circa £10 each. They offer simple sharing platters of anti-pasti type food which is also nice. Whilst seated in a booth area, you press a bell like you would do in an aircraft seat which makes the light above the booth flash, notifying a member of staff you are ready to request service. I think it's the best way and place in the O2 to get ready for a 'concert' in comfort and style.
