   The Novi Chophouse has been my go-to steak place for business meetings for a long time. To my surprise the entire menu has been recently overhauled. Apparently the chophouse is the first restaurant in the US to be 100% wagyu beef - which seemed very interesting until you got to the prices. My beloved NY Strip was now $85, and other “classic” cuts went to as high as $120. Realizing that not everyone wants to pay that much for a steak, they offered “butcher cuts” which were sirloin, flank, and related in the $30-$59 range. We went with the sirloin and it, frankly, realized quickly that it was still a secondary cut of beef at a premium price. The rest if the meal was fine, including the sides and service. I think the wagyu idea is certainly thinking out of the box but I think it will be a hard for many customers to pay such high prices for the cuts you’d expect at a high end steak house. I hope they reconsider bringing some of the old menu, prime-level steaks back at a better price point.

   Extremely disappointed. Dirty wine glass. Managers didn’t seem to care about our issues. Sent one steak back to be recooked. Very disappointing and wo t go back. No one liked their food in our party we just ate to get it over with

   Half of the entrees on the menu were not available!! The food that was ordered didn’t come out correct and took a long time to even get to the table. I didn’t have a lot of choices and therefore had to pick something that was 4th on my list. Ugh!!! Not the pre-Mother’s day celebration I expected.

   Great food nice people, the location outside the restaurant should be cleaned up a bit, when i pulled up I was not sure the place was open. Attached to hotel that could use some work.

   This is the second time we have gone to Novi Chophouse and they are out of items on the menu. We used to love going there but lately it seems they have kinda lost their quality service and food. Probably won't return.

    It was very rushed. The server brought our main course before I was finished my salad. He seemed annoyed that we didn’t drink and it was pretty obvious he wanted to get out of there. The restaurant was empty except for one party in the back. They put us right near them in the back which made for an awkward night.
