   Tomahawk Steak is a must have. Lobster mac and cheese is elite. Cocktails were iconic.

   Nick and Sam’s has always been my favorite steakhouse in the past. I also like Bob’s steakhouse but Nick and Sam’s used to edge them out. So I am sad to report that when I went there for my 70th birthday the other day, the waiter, who is very polite, Just seemed to be distracted and did not come by our table as often as he should have. When I ordered two martinis, I asked for them to be very cold and they took 15 minutes maybe more to get to our table, in which case, they were warm. To their credit, the manager gave us those two drinks at no charge, but who likes to complain. When we receive the steak, and I had a fillet, it was cooked perfect, but it just wasn’t quite as good as I remembered it in the past. The other thing that was missing from our last visit was a moving bar that had dry ice steam coming from it with a pretty bartender and that kind of experience. That was a very classy nice TOUCH that does not seem to be done anymore.  one last thing is that it was my 70th birthday, they marked my table with little sparkles, which was nice, but there was no offering of a birthday cake or dessert which I’m used to getting at other restaurants.

   Loved this place! The piano was amazing, loved the open kitchen vibe with the dark and moody atmosphere. Amazing food and service was perfect

   Service was exceptional but the food was by far the best. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back

   Checked in 10 minutes early and was told “our table was not quite ready yet.” We were not seated until one hour and fifteen minute wait past reservation time made on Open Table weeks ahead! Noisy Sunday buffet crowd overflow waiting + jammed-in tables at bar made the whole place fire marshal worthy. Wide selection at buffet but food was mediocre, especially for over $1,000 tab for 8 with just one round of drinks.

   Disappointing Easter Brunch Experience We had a very frustrating experience during Easter Brunch. Despite making our reservation through OpenTable over a month in advance for 1:00 PM, we were not seated until 3:00 PM. It was incredibly disheartening to see families with later reservations—some as late as 1:30—being seated ahead of us. The host seemed to be choosing which families to seat based on personal preference, which only added to the confusion and frustration. To make matters worse, when we were finally seated, another family was also scheduled to be placed at our same table, adding to the chaos. Thankfully, the management team, along with Cole Dhurandhar from Guest Relations, stepped in to address the issue. We’re truly grateful for their efforts in calming the situation and doing what they could to make things right. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. Some items had clearly been sitting in the buffet trays too long and ended up mushy or overcooked. On a positive note, the sushi was freshly prepared, and the dessert bar offered a nice variety of options.

   We waited AN HOUR for our reservation!!! Totally overbooked Easter brunch! The place was so overwhelming packed. Would have absolutely preferred the staff be transparent about the actual wait time instead of leading up to believe we might only wait 25-30min. Never again!

    This is specific to Easter Brunch. Pretty terrible experience overall. Waited over an hour after our reservation time to get sat, along with tons of other people all crammed together in the lobby. Then once we finally got sat the food was really disappointing. Most of the items were one bite and done because they just weren’t very good. They’d be better off doing half the amount of items and focusing on nailing those. This was quantity over quality. Not worth the $350 for two adults and two kids.
