We require at least 24 hrs notice of party-size change or cancellation. We have a no show fee of $20 per person. We appreciate your cooperation.

Seating times are for 1 hour 30 minutes, large tables 7 or more 2 hours seating time. High teas available in Traditional, Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten/Dairy free.

All children 12 and under, teens 15 & under, must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers allowed inside restaurant.

Parties of 5 or more automatic gratuity of 20%

    The Tinkerbell tea was a magical experience regardless of age. My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the “magic” of the tea theme. Much thought is put into the menus. Teas selection is vast. Tea always tastes better in a bone china cup!

    When I made the reservation, I noted that our party of 3 wouldn't able to stay for the full amount of time. We arrived about 10 minutes late. And waited about 5 minutes for the table to be ready. It would have been nice to be seated right away. Nevertheless, we had a really nice time. Thank you for speeding things along for us. Looking forward to the next time.

    I’ve been here many times. And will probably come back. But was very disappointed today to have been fed crab due to a kitchen mistake. I ordered the vegan high tea and was given a wrong savoury item. I only realized this after the first bite. I didn’t want to kick up a stink but the only compensation was a paltry $6 off a $120 bill. I have been vegan for years and it felt very disrespectful. What if I had been deathly allergic?

    I've had amazing experience here in the past, but this time I was a little disappointed. Food didn't seem as fresh, also the service wasn't as good as other times. Overall I love coming here because of the unlimited, variety of tea and the kids always love the experience. I appreciate they have four different adult menus (traditional, gluten & dairy free, gluten-free & vegan, or vegetarian) they also have the Tinkerbell menu for kids.

    The price is high for what you get and the time frame for eating, socializing and enjoying the experience isn’t enough time. The price for a kids high tea also quite high for the amount they eat. There should be more options for just tea, or just dessert etc. Service was good overall and the decor of the space was great.

    Ordered one gluten free tea and one regular traditional. Came on same serving cake tray and my daughter is celiac. Gluten free bread was not good at all. Service was not as expected. Not sure I will return and would not go for a gluten free tea.

    What an excellent "High Tea" experience. The sandwiches and sweet treats were amazing. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the massive list of teas to choose from. They were very attentive and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Will go again many times!!!!
