Greeted warmly by the owner, he sat us at comfortable table, soon served a roll with their DELICIOUS dipping oil (available for purchase, which we did). NY Strip Steak, perfectly seasoned, cooked to exact medium rare, with compound butter, delicious! Large piece of salmon expertedly cooked, with parsnip puree, the yellow squash was cut, seasoned, cooked perfectly.
