Antiguo Cuscatlán Restaurants

We made a last minute reservation to dine at Brutto and enjoyed our meal very much. We have dined here numerous times before and the food is always good but the service has been hit or miss. On this occasion the attention to detail was impeccable and the staff were really friendly maybe because it was not very busy. It was clear that our server knew the menu very well. Our only concern was the team were almost too attentive - hovering around the table to remove finished plates as we were still eating. If I could make one suggestion it would be to gauge the table needs as we found the constant hovering and removal of plates almost before we finished our mouthful of food to be quite interrupting to our conversation.

This place has an interesting concept and is definitely worth a visit. All the dishes are well-executed and thoughtfully crafted. The chef and owner is a very nice guy who has a lot of passion for his craft. I can't wait to return to El Salvador and try this place again.
