- GGeorgeVIPAsheville / Western North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of the best meals ever! We visit Wilmington once a year and returned to Seabird after a fantastic experience last year. Often, return visits to restaurants never quite live up to the memories, but Chef Dean Neff and the team out did themselves again. Oysters left us contemplating a second (or third?) round. Entrees were stunningly delicious. Great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Well worth it!!More infoSeabirdPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Wilmington•4.9
- DDavidSouth Carolina •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWonderful meal & service as always! The beef tip bruschetta is absolutely fabulous --it is our go-to appetizer. It is always a tough decision on what to have for dinner. The daily specials are always excellent but there are plenty of great choices on the menu.More infoTarantelli’sPrice: Moderate• Italian• Wilmington•4.8

Discover Southport
Southport is a coastal city with renowned waterside beauty and early American history. It has been dubbed "America's Happiest Seaside Town." Being on the Atlantic Ocean, it's no surprise that New England seafood is in high demand here. You'll find some of the freshest steamed, grilled, fried and raw shellfish available. There are also loads of turf options. Steak and stuffed pork tenderloin are easy to get, and you might even find rabbit on some menus. Long wine lists are almost as common as lobster in Southport, and every restaurant seems to offer a sweeping view of the picturesque port that gave the city its name.
