Hiko-A-mon es una experiencia culinaria japonesa tradicional y moderna, con toques europeos y del sudeste asiático. El menú presenta platillos japoneses modernos así como una oferta única inspirada por los restaurantes tradicionales de Kyoto, Japón, el lugar donde nació y creció el chef Hiko. Además, hiko-A-mon cuenta con una destacada lista de vinos así como de sake y shochu (bebida alcohólica destilada de cebada, camote o arroz). Esto se debe a que Chef Hiko tiene una pasión por el vino. Se puede disfrutar de buenos platos japoneses con buen vino, sake y shochu. El entorno del hiko-A-mon es muy adecuado para solteros, parejas y familias.
