   Dahoam Wir verstehen uns nicht in erster Linie als Restaurant, sondern als Gast-Haus. In unserem Haus kann sich der Gast so wohl fühlen wie daheim und so gut speisen wie in Mutters Küche. Kaum ein Berliner, der uns nicht kennt. Kaum ein Gast, der nicht gerne immer wiederkommt - seit bald 20 Jahren. Denn wir sind eine Oase österreichischen Wohllebens inmitten preußischer Askese. Wir haben uns in den Kopf gesetzt, für Essen Zeit aufzuwenden, bei der Zubereitung wie beim Verzehr. Bei uns wird noch kompromisslos mit der Hand gekocht, nach den klassischen alpenländischen Rezepten. Schmeckt hier ein Schnitzel noch nach echter Butter? Eine Rindssuppe noch nach Rind? Ein Semmelknödel wie aus Omas Kochtopf? Dreimal Ja. Und auf einen edlen Tropfen Wein direkt vom österreichischen Winzer nicht verzichten. Die Klinke ist ein Ort mitten im Herzen Kreuzbergs am Oranienplatz.
Mit ihrem deutschen Tapas-Lokal ‚Klinke‘ schaffen die Drei Geschwister aus Kreuzberg einen besonderen Ort.
Es vereinen sich deutsche Küche mit hippen modernen Drinks. Bekannte deutsche werden neu und modern interpretiert und zubereitet. Gerade da die Drei Geschwister schon immer gerne viel geteilt haben, war es ihnen Anliegen einen Ort dafür zu kreieren.
Ebenfalls ist das Interior ein wahrer Augenschmauß, worin die Geschwister viel Liebe reingesteckt haben.
Es wurde eine gemütliche helle Atmosphäre im Innenbereich geschaffen.
Der Außenbereich überzeugt mit dem "Gauloise Flair" und ermöglicht einen wunderbaren Ausblick über den gesamten Oranienplatz.
Unser Hit im Sommer: "Frozen Riesling" (Friesling). Cheers!
