El chef Ejecutivo Domenic Tudda pasó su infancia aprendiendo cocina italiana, mientras su familia era dueña y operaba el restaurante Stromboli en Calgary. Luego él amplió su formación al someterse a una amplia capacitación culinaria en Italia y ha podido continuar con el legado de su padre de acercar la tradición culinaria italiana única e increíblemente auténtica a los habitantes de Calgary.
