Cuando se trata de mariscos hay tanto de qué apasionarse, la frescura, el sabor, la variedad y la sorpresa. Para crear esta experiencia única, hemos viajado por todas las carreteras y caminos. Nos hemos sentado, acomodado y sumergido en el mundo de los mariscos: platillos sin nombre con sabores inolvidables, ostiones recién traídos del agua, almejas apiladas, especialidades del día escritas a mano en pizarras antiguas y el hervor a fuego lento de cada combinación de especias que se pueda imaginar. El placer de preparar y compartir los mariscos era simple y genuino y sacó lo mejor de cada uno. A menudo nos sentimos como si nos hubiesen recibido con los brazos abiertos en la casa de alguien.
