Soft, rhythmic drumbeats play in the background, creating a warm and reverent atmosphere. Ishtia is the creation of Chef David Skinner, a Choctaw tribal member, inspired by his ancestors' stories. Main Street Bistro is located in the historic Old League City district right next to Helen’s Gardens on Main Street (hence the name).
