The entire Ember team went out of their way to recognize and celebrate my Father In Laws birthday. This started from the receptionist, waiter, General Manager and I believe one of the bar staff. As we were seated we were greeted with glasses of Champagne by our waiter AJ. AJ did a great job of answering questions and highlighting his favorites. I had the best Sazerac Manhattan. AJ brought several other appetizer treats to celebrate his birthday. The food was all fantastic and prepared perfectly. The courses were spaced out perfectly. We fine dine often and this was top of the shelf, food, service and ambiance. A job well done!

We really enjoyed the dinner. Was a little glitch initially waiting for service but John stepped up and really made the experience. Good was delicious and was very reasonable.

Great service, great view and great food. We chose The Grill at Desert Canyon as a meeting place before heading for a quick drive to Saguaro Lake and down the Bush Highway. Arriving to take advantage of Taco Tuesday was a plus. My daughter has a bowl that was also delicious.

A lovely evening with friends and family. Pricey but worth it for a special event.
