    The overall experience was excellent. The food was delicious and worth the cost. The only part that was not perfect was the temperature. The atmospheric temperature was on the chilly side.

    My wife & I have been wanting to try this place. Well worth the wait & the money. The Wagyu was WaGood ! We made a reservation & we were seated in less than 5 minutes. The staff there had the best upscale hospitality. We definitely would recommend this place.

    Not our first visit to the restaurant; we visited on a (predictably) busy Saturday night and they did great for getting us to our table shortly after our reservation. Server was good, albeit a little over-the-top and with her table-side manner. Biggest feedback: calling iced tap water your "house-chilled water" is ridiculous and unnecessarily pretentious. Food was fine and met our expectations. Our biggest complaint is with management's reaction to a less-than-ideal experience. The wine list is VERY pricy with maybe 2 red wine selections at their $50ish entry level price point all the way to a $2000 bottle. We ordered a $52 bottle of red wine. Our server came to break the news to us that they had sold out of that wine. Fine, that happens... we are very understanding. So, we ordered a the next level up bottle of wine at $58. The manager visited our table to explain, in an overly-complimentary, moderately condescending manner, that they were also out of that wine. So, we chose another bottle (one of their glass pours) that was $80 - not many options between those price points. To compensate for their stock issues and our unplanned $30 up-sell, the manager did.... NOTHING. No offer to discount the bottle (could have charged us for 2 glasses and bought us each a glass), offer of a free dessert, discount to out bill, nada. He had many options to make our experience better (especially with a $175 dinner), but chose to do none. We understand s*%t happens and we don't fish for discounts for every little hiccup. But this was absolutely inconsistent with the Cameron Mitchell philosophy... I think.
