   Everything was wonderful from the service to the food. The ambience was also great as the restaurant shares a courtyard with a neighboring wine bar who had a live saxophonist playing jazz while we ate. We initially were not planning on having dessert but when we requested the bill our waitress also brought back their sticky toffee dessert and insisted we try it as she claimed Michael’s Grill was known for their desserts. Although already full from the amazing dinner, I am so glad she insisted on providing us the dessert as it was one of the best I have ever had. We will be returning for sure!

   First time but not our last for sure! Excellent experience from start to finish, very attentive staff and delicious food! The waitress even noticed my wife’s steak was slightly undercooked and gave us a free dessert! Great place!

   Enjoyed the Grouper special , pasta and shrimp, along with the Rombauer Sauvignon blanc. The desert of vanilla bean Ice Cream and bread pudding knocked it out of the park.. The wait staff was very tenative, and didn't disappoint. We look forward to our next visit!

   Dinner was a nice experience! This was our first visit here and We will be back! Our waiter Nicholas was engaging, friendly and on top of our order. The food was delicious! We didn’t have enough room for dessert but we’ll try that next time! Highly recommend!

   We eat here often, but their prices must have gone up considerably for lunch. Fish and chips, shrimp wrap, coke, water - $88 plus tip. 😳

   Per usual, everything was delicious and Service was on-point by Sophia Z. Sitting outside was lovely in the spring weather.

   During my trip to Tampa, the bisque soup was the best bite I had. Overall dinner which I had tuna and my father had grouper. Best dinner experience out of the 4 days in town from Chicago

    We tried Michael's a week ago and were not impressed. The service was great as was the ambiance, so we decided to try it again. We thought we may have ordered the wrong food. We tried different dishes this time and it wasn't great. My medium rare steak was overcooked, and my partner's dish was average. She had 2 appetizers instead of an entree. The service was exceptional which is why we probably gave it another chance, but I am not sure it will go into our restaurant rotation. We may give it another shot and order something else, again, but I don't think we will get a better result on the quality of food. It is a nice place and super busy, so it is worth going to people watch.
