   I will start with the positive…they have, by far, the best tortilla chips and guacamole I’ve had in a LONG time! I also loved the red sangria. Perfection! The restaurant also has a lovely ambiance. That being said, my dinner was way too spicy, and I’m not one much for spice. I didn’t realize it would be that spicy, so it was hard for me to eat much of my meal. I also found a produce rubber band in my rice. I’m sure it was a kitchen oversight, but it didn’t help my meal experience. I would happily come back for a happy hour or for drinks and appetizers, but I don’t know that I’d come back for dinner.

   It was very busy for Easter, but our waiter was super attentive & apologized multiple times for the wait time on our food. We were okay though. It was louder than usual, but I think it was due to the amount of families/parties there. Still amazing food & service! We love Mexican Sugar!

   Our waiter was fabulous but steak and eggs medium rare was chewy. 6 people 2 liked their food. We will still come back

   Easter Sunday and the team was unable to keep up with the crowd demand. Too many tables, too little waiters. Our table waited 50 min for an appetizer (soup) and another 40 min for our food. The restaurant was freezing, too! Food was decent but way too spicy.

   The place was bustling. We got a good seat pretty quickly based on our reservation. The waitress was nice, but very busy. The taco meat was a bit hard and tough to chew. The queso was fabulous. Overall, it didn’t quite seem worth what we paid, but it was not a bad experience.

   Ordered filet fajitas. Best tasting fajitas in the city. You could cut that filet with a fork! Fabulous. Server Mario was fantastic, as always. He makes you feel like you’re his only table when he is incredibly busy. Managers Jorge and Katie took fabulous care of me by visiting my table and checking on me throughout my meal. Stopped by bar and Edwin also took such great care of me. This restaurant is a culinary oasis; a true breed apart.
