   The food, and and our waitress were all very nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that we were completely ignored by the receptionist for 10 minutes when we arrived. She never engaged with us. We were finally seated by an off duty employee who obviously could not abide how we were being ignored.

   My wife and I previously dined at Mesh and loved it. We had been looking forward to going again when the opportunity presented itself. We planned in February to visit Louisville this weekend with friends so I made a reservation. We sat in a different location than our previous visit, and I noticed it was a little louder than before, but it did not detract from the experience for my party of six. Once seated, our waitress arrived fairly quickly to take our order for drinks. Then, she seemed to disappear for awhile. Eventually, we asked a passing waiter if he would locate her, which he did, along with the managers, Adam and Brandon. Adam came to our table immediately, apologized, confirmed that we had ordered drinks, and informed us he would comp the first round. He then took our orders for dinner. While we waited, Brandon delivered bread to the table and told us it was on the house. Our waitress came to the table, apologized, and explained that she had gotten sidetracked helping customers attempt to set up some kind VIP program. We then noticed that table continued to be high maintenance. From the moment Adam and Brandon realized we had an issue, our dining experience was first class. We appreciate the steps they took to make it so. Our food was excellent, and we also enjoyed delicious deserts. My party of six all agreed it was a great experience.

   We had a wonderful evening. Food, wine and drinks were all delightful. Our waitress Samantha was also delightful.

   A great experience all around! Gorgeous and comfortable outdoor table for a large group of us. Great attention and warmth from servers. The food was just great! I brought a group of friends who ate a part of a large conference planning team and it was the perfect end to a busy day.

   We did the Easter brunch buffet and it was good, not great. Several items kept running out. The potatoes pan was empty, the ketchup bowl was empty, crostini’s for the dip were completely depleted. Typically things get refilled before they’re totally gone, but that wasn’t the case today. We had to go back to check for refills. The buffet did have a lot of variety, but I do with they served their wonderful jam selection for the biscuits instead of the pre-packaged stuff. I’ll probably skip the buffet in the future and stick to the normal menu because it’s always fantastic. Our server, Lizzie, was wonderful.
