BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Great fine dining experience in old San Juan. Service was very strong and the food was excellent (beef tartare was a highlight).

It's difficult to come up with the words to describe this restaurant. The food is probably the best I've ever had! I'm sure I could eat anything on the menu and be super pleased. The service was second-to-none! As each course was presented by another server, they each wished my companion a happy birthday. Our main server, Lily, was adorable and SO accommodating. The restaurant is completely unassuming on the outside (you might not even realize it's there), and the bar/dining areas are beautiful! I was so impressed with how you hardly noticed other people were dining alongside us. They had rose petals on the table for the birthday, and they brought a pashmina over "just in case" I got chilly. All-in-all, one of the absolute best experiences EVER! It is expensive (quite), so be aware of that if you're on a budget, but it was so worth it! And if you don't drink alcoholic beverages, the bill won't be near as much. Thank you for a wonderful evening, an incredible meal, and top-notch service! We hope to be back!

One of the best tasting meals I have eaten in my life! The service was also way above and beyond. Amazing experience, highly recommend!

The talent of the chef- the training of the wait staff - the thoughtfulness from managers to hostess - this place should be on the “it” list if you come to San Juan.

We recently celebrated my partner’s birthday last April 19, 2025 with the Taste Test Menu at Marmalade Restaurant in Old San Juan—and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was romantic and elegant, perfect for a special occasion. Every dish was a work of art—bursting with bold flavors, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully curated. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the wine pairings elevated the experience even further. This wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience to remember. Intimate, refined, and full of heart. If you’re looking for memorable fine dining in Puerto Rico, Marmalade is a must. We’ll definitely be back.

Our dining experience was excellent! It was our anniversary and we did the lounge seating in the front. You get 5 courses, appetizer, soup, pasta, entree, and dessert. For the soul they give you their famous white bean soup - I probably wouldn’t have picked it haha but it was divine! Each course amazing perfect amount of food to try it all. They also had fun cocktails we tried. Oh and service was amazing
