   What an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, until you take your last bite everything is picture perfect. The food is outstanding, the service was formal but comfortable and inviting. Our servers included our children and treated them beautifully the entire time. They were welcomed and encouraged to love the experience as much as the adults were. Overall I cannot say enough about Mariposa. I will look forward to dining with them when we visit again.

   Incredibly expensive for TINY portions. Had to eat more when I got home after spending > $400 per person. About 60% of that was drinks, but still!! Food was very good, and service exceptional. But portions were laughable.

   Mariposa is serving their 4 course chefs menu. During most of the season there is a 6 or 8 course offering. They also offer a wine pairing with dinner. I opted for the sommelier pairing which was a bit more expensive than the regular pairing. Every single morsel of food offered was truly delicious. Even the amuse bouche and the sourdough in the bread basket were delicious. The wine pairings were very well done. Excellent and very complementary to the food. The only downside is the super high cost. Over $500 for dinner for 2 with wine is just a bit excessive to me. Not that I didn’t expect it, but wow! If you’re bank account can handle it I can absolutely recommend Mariposa for a very, very nice dinner out.

   We always ate at Mariposa before the pandemic and enjoyed it immensely. The last trip in March 2020 there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the food and the presentation. Evidently the restaurant had been sold and there were some rough edges. We return last night to find that it was as good or better than before. We had the six course tasting menu and it was outstanding.. the service and atmosphere in the restaurant are first right. Would highly recommend for a splurge evening as it is a very expensive tab!

   Wait staff absolutely on point and every item was perfectly prepared. Highly recommend the 8 course meal. True fine dining experience here in Deer Valley.

   Outstanding food and service. We chose the 8 course experience with the wine pairing. There was a delicious twist on each of the courses. From the simple salads mixed with nutritious tasty ingredients to the waygu beef, everything was special. Our server, the support staff, and the manager were all tremendous. Professional, courteous and fun to chat with. We were there celebrating a birthday and I would recommend this establishment as a special treat.
