   Our server Q was amazing, the server assistants were also amazing. I appreciated the welcome drink and snack. I see why everyone comes for a special occasion. All the appetizers we had were great, I’d go as far to say the beef carpaccio has to be one of the best things I’ve had all year. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality. There’s a lot of great places to get food but many are lacking in hospitality.

   We went to celebrate my Wife’s birthday. It was a great experience. We used Valet to park. We arrived early so we were seated in a bar area to have drinks prior to dinner. At dinner my Wife was great with a special menu. It was an amazing time

   Clients in from out of town so we did the “I don’t give a f***” menu option for $200 a head, plus cocktails and wine. $2,300 total for a party of 5, with tip added automatically, even though we didn’t have 6+. I don’t normally send stuff back, but the Wagyu cap steak we added as an app came out rare. We had to send it back to get finished to medium. The big sliced ribeye steak main course also came out rare, 20 minutes after we had sent the Wagyu back for being underdone. I thought it was a prank at first. We waited for drinks all night and sat for 30 minutes at the end waiting for the check. It was embarrassing since our clients were tired from travel. This experience was disappointing given all the great steakhouses nearby, the out of town clients, and the hefty price tag. I’ve been to M&A a half dozen times before and it always felt expensive, but I never felt ripped off until now. I won’t go back.

   The service is amazing! Brad was our server and he took care of us as we celebrated my nieces 30th birthday celebration and the passing of her clinical boards. The noice level was above what I prefer even even being in a celebratory mood.It was hard to talk across the table without shouting. The food is definitely overpriced, but you go to Maple and Ash for the service. You already know you’re gonna spend dollars when you go there. We lucked up and was able to find parking on the street although I will tell you once you pay for park mobile it comes out to about the same if you had valeted. I suggest you valet.

    Good catch up with friends. Food was good the tuna tartare was excellent but the steak was good but not amazing.
