The team is always great, reception to servers they really do the best to accommodate you. Mebu is thoughtful and they can recommend some fantastic dishes. Do yourself a favor and sit at the bar, you can watch the best drinks being made and with a full service menu it’s a treat! Cheers!

Great restaurant with great vibe. Food was very good and friendly staff. Along with great vibe was a higher noise level. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

The food and service are exceptional (as you would expect). Biscuits are to die for, skirt steak and ribeye, cooked perfect. Green beans spicy and flavorful. For some reason, the acoustics in dining room aren’t so good to listen to dinner companions. Other than that ambience is great with good lighting, beautiful ferns and plants. Only build for January would be to offer some mock-tails or NA beer (dry January). There is no menu for cocktails, but when I asked the waiter if he had one, he told me the bartender could whip something up. He came back with a NA spritz which was delicious!

We visited MBP for their NYE prix fixe dinner, but unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to the price point ($681 for 3 ppl). While the appetizers were delicious and a strong start to the meal, the main courses and desserts were disappointing, served cold and lacking the quality we’ve come to expect, feeling more mass-produced than thoughtfully prepared. We’ve dined here many times from the regular menu and have always had fantastic experiences, but this prix fixe dinner felt rushed and poorly executed, with a premium price tag attached. For example, the cheddar biscuits arrived late, essentially with the dessert course, and were cold/very dry. Additionally, we opted for the wine pairing partway through (after first course), but it took quite some time to arrive, and when it did, we were served only one wine pairing instead of the three we had requested. So waited quite some time for the other two sets of wine pairing to show up and weren’t able to enjoy the wine with dinner. The entire evening felt chaotic and unorganized/rushed, which was disappointing given how much we enjoy MBP under normal circumstances.

Services was great! Food was great! Pretty noisy but we were ok with that as it was New Years Eve. But it was the early seating and the restaurant wasn’t full. Food was tasty and the choices were good. However, we found the food portions quite small and not filling enough. The salad was a good portion but my Seabass was about 3 - 4 bites. Had I known I would have ordered more food…especially on a night known for drinking. The dessert was delicious and a good sized portion. We all agreed that it would have been better to have more food and a smaller portion for dessert.

New Year’s Eve Early Bird Dinner with my foodie daughter at the Post!! Always feel lucky to be served by MB’s finest dude waiter, Eddie. For cocktails, hats off to the Post barkeeps for the most incredible Old-Fashioned ever, crafted with Kentucky Bourbon “Buffalo Trace”, barrel aged extra thirty days on site for an extremely smooth and mellow finish!! I’m coming back for a few more of those when I have absolutely no more short term obligations or responsibilities!! The Tasting Menu started out with a mouth watering teaser of Blue Fin “Poke” followed by a very colorful mixed Kale Winter Green salad and a Mascarpone stuffed Ravioli ‘al Uovo in a heavenly Egg Yolk Truffle Sauce. Boy, those three starters were all out of the park home runs but the entrees of Port Reduced Braised Short Rib and Korean Style Seared Chilean Seabass were just out of this world!! But wait……the two desserts of Mont BlancTart and Winter Citrus Layered Trifle took the last chapter of dinner to another universe…..the Post Pastry Chef must be recognized!! So I can conclude that my 2024 ended with one of the best dinners ever and I can only look forward to many more enjoyments at MBP for 2025…..Happy New Year!’

Food was very good. Recipes were unusual and interesting- the opposite of bland. We really enjoyed it! My only complaint would be that the jidori chicken was a little on the drier side. We had the green beans, the mushroom toast, the steak, the white large shrimp. All these were very flavorful. The apple tartine for dessert was well made but way too sweet for my taste. If the sweetness of the tart and the accompanying ice cream was taken down a few notches, I would have loved it. Service was medium. The restaurant was busy. We sat in the room which had the plant wall which was pretty. Noise level was fine where we were. We could hear the music from the main room where the bar was, but still have a conversation. So important! Overall, I’d definitely eat there again.

The table next to us had children banging spoons into their glasses. They were unsettled and vocal throughout the meal. It was a festive atmosphere, but it was difficult to focus on my husband's conversation with the banging from the next table. The food was delicious. The service was great. My husband enjoyed his cocktail. Making our reservation was easy. The Christmas carolers were a nice touch for the holidays.
