   We went for our first anniversary. Michael was amazing. The staff was very COVID aware and we were able to relax and enjoy our fantastic meal.

   The patio was wonderful on such a warm summer evening. Staff were great, and gave wonderful service. A little out of our price range but a really nice treat for an anniversary dinner.

   The halibut seemed over cooked. The music was not appropriate for the atmosphere. My wife’s birthday was never acknowledged. Had much better experience a few years back

   Great atmosphere, friendly staff! There when you needed them but not too pushy, a great time. The food was Great!

   Enjoyed our 34th Wedding Anniversary dinner at Madison Grill. The food was superb. My wife said her fettuccine meal was the best pasta she may have ever had. My strip loin steak was wonderfully seasoned and cooked to perfection (medium-rare) just as I had asked for it. The accompanying vegetables were generous in quantity and variety. We have eaten at this restaurant before, and we will return!

    This is our favourite restaurant in Edmonton, the food is exquisite and the service top notch, we purposely stay at the Union Bank to eat here. We were celebrating something very important but unfortunately the terrible service we received made our evening lackluster. We were seated immediately but waited quite a while before our server came to us and stood at the table looked at us and said " do you want to order"? No introduction, no good evening, welcome etc , no asking if we want to order drinks. It set us in a bad mood for the rest of the night. When we eventually ordered our bottle took ages to come , as he poured half a glass for me and a full one for my husband he splashed wine on the bare wood table and walked away. We ordered our starter and the bread came at the same time. He refilled our glasses and as he did so he poured wine in the butter dish. After that he came to us to tell us he could no longer pour because of Covid. I am not sure if he was in training or what but he certainly needs to be. We pay a lot of money for a special evening and expect great service. That was not the case and we are now not sure if we will return. It is a shame because even despite the smaller menu the food was as excellent as ever.
