   I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience here. Some aspects were not at all acceptable nor professional for such an expensive restaurant. I will never be back First: If you have any food allergies, this is NOT a place for you. Our waiter advised that Luminaria's kitchen WILL NOT accommodate food allergies. We had two out of four people with some allergies (one to mushrooms and the other dairy). The waiter abruptly just stated they cannot avoid cross contamination or even prepare food that was less likely for the allergens to be present. For a restaurant that claims to be a 4 star restaurant with very high prices- this is not acceptable at all. The waiter was just rude about the whole thing, not offering alternatives or anything else. I simply wasn't able to order anything to eat AT ALL. Second: Service was excrutiatingly slow. The waiter left us with empty glasses, brought all the food that my colleagues were having (appetizers and entrees) all at the same time. Then, he disappears for 30+ minutes. Third: This place is not suitable for disabled persons - I plan to complain to the State of New Mexico about this. If you have a disabled person with a walking impediment who requires a walker- this is NOT the place to go to. The furnishings (large chairs and tables) are packed so close together that people with disabilities like requiring a walker have to literally have people move entire chairs and tables to get them to a table. The single disabled access bathroom had an overflowing toilet flooding the room. The staff were frankly not at all respectful to our disabled (cancer treatment) party - we (the guests) were left to our own devices. This leads me to believe that Luminaria is now just an overpriced poser restaurant. Pretending to be a high class restaurant, but instead is just a run of the mill hotel cafeteria with crowded furnishings. With so many other excellent and attentive restaurants in Santa Fe I can't say a single good thing about Luminaria.

   We showed up for breakfast and the restaurant was closed with a metal door. We had confirmed in person at lunch the day before and no one told us they would be closed.

   We always enjoy our brunches on Sundays at Luminaria Restaurant. Food is good and the server Carlos is always friendly and proper. It is one of the comfortable place for us to dine in Santa Fe.

   It's always a wonderful visit to The Loretto. The services excellent in friendly. It's great for a nice, quiet place for lunch or dinner. You're plenty of terrific items on the menu.

   I made a reservation about a week before my arrival in Santa Fe, NM-I was fortunate to get a reservation for Thanksgiving day evening dinner at 5:45 pm. I was traveling solo and the reservation that I was able to get was for sitting at the bar which was not a problem for me. It was clearly a very busy evening for staff attending to folks sitting at tables and I as the only person sitting at the bar I occasionally had to grab a staff members attention; it was a set prix fixe menu which I do not recall at the time I made the reservation with open table-and since the restaurant added a +20% tip, wasn't happy, let alone the final tab . The appetizer and main dish was excellent, I passed on dessert, sitting at the bar I had very good service. Not sure what this restaurant would be like on a non-holiday.

    This was their special Thanksgiving dinner. The price was unchanged from last year, but both the quantity and quality of the food was much lower. The service staff were good, but much overworked, so service was slow. We will not go back again for Thanksgiving next year.
